Terra joined the Skytown teaching team after completing her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education at Kansas State University. She taught at the university lab preschool, and also has experience teaching kindergartners and children with learning disabilities, speech delays, and autism. Terra has studied a wide variety of educational philosophies as part of her training, and believes a play-based school is the best environment for toddler-age children. She prefers messy art and tactile discovery projects that are both fun and stimulating for toddlers. She loves to sing, and doesn’t mind getting her hair done by 2 year olds.
