Skytown’s play-based curriculum allows children to follow their interests while developing their analytical skills and gaining confidence in their abilities. We encourage the exploration and investigation of their surroundings through the use of their five senses. Children are not forced or pressured to accomplish tasks for which they are not ready.
Children are hard at work when they play. Through play, children develop their imagination, dexterity, cognitive and emotional abilities. As they playfully interact with their surroundings they practice conquering fears, develop new competencies, learn to negotiate, resolve conflicts, increase vocabulary, and begin to define themselves as individuals separate from others. Our qualified teachers provide support and guidance while providing sensible boundaries and exposing the children to a variety of experiences and media through which to express themselves.
